Terms of Service

Last updated June 1, 2026.

Template notice: these terms are provided as a starting point and should be reviewed and finalized by your counsel.

By using ParcelRiskReport you agree to these terms.

The service

ParcelRiskReport generates parcel-level California natural-hazard reports and the statutory California Natural Hazard Disclosure Statement (Civil Code §1103.2), drawing on official public-agency data (FEMA, CAL FIRE, USGS, NOAA, EPA, U.S. Census, Cal OES/DWR). Reports are white-labeled for licensed inspectors and real-estate professionals.

Nature of the reports & disclaimers

Accounts, credits & payment

Reports are purchased as credits via Stripe. Credits are consumed when a report is generated; a failed generation is refunded. Pricing is shown at checkout and may change prospectively. You are responsible for the accuracy of addresses you submit and for your white-label/branding content.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for lawful purposes and within California real-estate workflows. Do not misrepresent the source or nature of the reports, resell raw data in violation of source-data terms, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParcelRiskReport's aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report(s) at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
